We've analysed 303,000+ real guest reviews from across Sri Lanka — from five-star resorts in Galle Fort to family-run guesthouses in Ella. Our AI understands over 50 destinations, including seasonal weather patterns, transport routes, and the honest difference between a hotel's marketing and what guests actually experienced.
When you ask BYC a question, our system:

This is the BYC rule, and we never break it. If a property deserves praise, we name it directly. If there's a pattern of issues — poor service, misleading photos, hard-sell tuk tuk drivers — we warn you about the pattern without naming any property negatively. It protects you as a traveller and it's fair to the businesses who do things right.
